Purple Swallowtail Forewings

Scientific name: Graphium weiskei.
Common name: Purple Spotted Swallowtail.
Location: Only found in the highlands of New Guinea.

Fun Fact: The habitat where these butterflies live is actually extremely endangered; less than 6% of the forest is still standing.

Fine Print: Insects naturally vary in color, pattern and size, and so the pair you receive may not be completely identical to the pair shown. They also may have minor damage, especially in the case of those that died of natural causes.

Care instructions: Don't leave resin sitting in a hot car with oven temperatures (we're looking at you Florida). To clean, use a glasses cloth or other soft, lint-free cloth to prevent scratching.
